Each whole tile item is sold by multiple tile packs. The pack weight will be noted on the item description. We are working to create a weight scale that will provide you accurate costs so you may complete your purchase online. At this time we require you to email to receive a freight quote and complete your purchase.


Each whole tile is sold by multiple tile packs. The pack will be noted on the item description.  We do not sell less than the minimum pack. A set of items may be boxed and may be shipped by freight on a pallet.  


Ground delivery orders are shipped via Fed-Ex Freight and will generally arrive within 7-10 days. Orders may be shipped via ground service or LTL depending on size and weight of delivery. Delivery includes delivery into the dwelling past the first threshold or garage. 

White Glove delivery for orders. For an additional charge, furniture and surface deliveries are available with a White Glove service which includes appointment delivery with a 2-4 hour window, inside delivery Please contact our customer service expert, email, 757-442-3379 ext 121 before you complete this purchase online. Any visible shipping damage or shortage present upon delivery must be noted by purchaser or its agent on the freight carrier bill of lading at the time of delivery. All claims for damage or shortage must be reported to our Client Services department by calling 757-442-3379, ext 121 within 5 business days of delivery. After five business days, New Ravenna will not assume any responsibility for shipping damage or shortage.

New Ravenna is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages or lost working time in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, postponed or incorrect.


Overstock items are final sale and non-returnable.  We strongly recommend you speak to a qualified mosaic installer regarding quantities and suitability prior to ordering online.
